*This condition is required prior to final inspection.

  • Indicate what tonnage was actually diverted and disposed of
  • Disposal/diversion receipts or certifications are required as a part of that summary

Action Required:

  1. After CDWMP part 1 is approved by SWMD staff, then you can see “Amendment” under the "ACTION" column in "MY RECORDS".
  2. If you click "Amendment" under "ACTION", the CDWMP Part 2 application opens.
