Community Health Systems Backpack Giveaway & Resource Event – Bloomington

Join Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHS) – Bloomington Community Health Center for the Backpack Giveaway & Resource Event. San Bernardino County Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) staff will be on-site to provide information and assistance with CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and CalWORKs. Students, parents, and families are encouraged to attend to receive school supplies and connect with valuable community resources and support services.
