Objective Arts (OA) is the web-based data system used by the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral to provide structure to the utilization of TCOM tools (e.g., CANS, ANSA, & PSC-35) required by DHCS.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are the technical experts in the Objective Arts program for their agency or program. Objective Arts (OA) Subject Matter Expert Training is an advanced OA course for Clinical Staff that will be in a supporting role at their clinic for OA users when help is needed. Only users designated as their agency’s Subject Matter Experts should attend Objective Arts SME Training, which is intended to equip SMEs to perform higher-level operations in the system. OA Basic training is a prerequisite to OA SME training.
