Mental Health First Aid

Suicide Prevention Subcommittee

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to the signs of a mental health challenge in a young person aged 12-17. The training gives people the skills necessary to reach out to someone experiencing a mental health challenge and get them connected to the help that they need.
