Description
TCOM training is required for all clinicians who will be utilizing the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment (CANS) or Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) in clinical practice with DBH clients. Please follow the directions posted in Relias with regard to the prerequisite certification required to attend. Transformational Outcomes Management (TCOM) training is designed to teach clinical staff the six elements of the Collaborative process, while describing how to become a certified user of the TCOM measures.
