QPR Training
In this FREE 90-minute training where participants learn three simple, life‑saving steps: how to ask someone if they are considering suicide, how to offer hope through supportive communication, and how to connect them with appropriate help.
- Notice and respond to situations where suicide thoughts might be present
- Recognize that invitations for help are often overlooked
- Move beyond the common tendency to miss, dismiss, and avoid suicide
- Apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and Keep Safe
- Know community resources
