Graphic promoting ASIST suicide intervention training with workshop details and a classroom photo.

This training has been respectfully renamed the “Officer Andrew ‘Drew’ LaBrada Memorial Training,” in honor of Andrew ‘Drew’ LaBrada — a husband, father, son, friend, and colleague we lost on August 6, 2025. Presented in partnership with RimVets (Rim of the World Veterans), this training carries his memory forward and reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting one another within the community.

ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a FREE 2-day, interactive workshop designed for all community members. Participants will learn to recognize warning signs of suicide, ask clear and direct questions, and offer hope through supportive conversation.
