Mental Health First Aid

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis, Over the course of this training, participants will learn to identify signs of various mental health crises, assess for risk of suicide, and implement appropriate interventions. At the end of the course, participants will be certified Mental Health First Aiders, ready to contribute to the overall wellbeing of their friends, family, and community.
