Mental Health First Aid teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to the signs of a mental health challenge. The training gives people the skills necessary to reach out to someone experiencing a mental health challenge and get them connected to the help that they need.

Identify. Understand. Respond.
Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis.
