Diversion Opportunity for Outpatient Recovery Services (DOORS)
A pre-trial diversion and competency-based program that provides behavioral health treatment services to individuals classified under AB 1810 and SB 215, which are pre-trail Felony IST persons and also others who are found IST (PC1368) by the court for misdemeanor and felony charges. Referrals come from the Public Defender’s Office.

Support services for severe mentally ill adults recently released from county jails. RISES links adults to mental health, substance use disorder, housing an other services.

Innovative Remote Onsite Assistance Delivery (InnROADs)
InnROADs works with community and county agencies to provide services to people who are experiencing homelessness and living in rural and isolated areas. InnROADs is a collaborative partnership between San Bernardino County Department of Aging and Adult Services, Behavioral Health, Public Health, and the Sheriff.

Conservatorship Investigation Program
Provides assessments of adults and children considered gravely disabled due to a mental disorder by a treating hospital psychiatrist to determine whether he/she meets criteria to be placed on conservatorship. Referrals must originate from a physician while the individual is hospitalized.
