The Latino Awareness Subcommittee serves as an advisory group to the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). The subcommittee includes community stakeholders and DBH staff who work together to ensure communities are heard and represented in the planning, development and evaluation of DBH services.

CSUSB - DEA Prescription Takeback Day Event

Event Description: Institute for Public Strategies (IPS) East Valley in collaboration with the Yucaipa Sheriff's Department, The City of Yucaipa, Drug Enforcement Administration, and C&C Center for Healing is hosting a safe disposal site for unwanted or unused prescriptions. The site will host drop boxes where medications can be anonymously forfeited and safely disposed of by professionals. Come by to drop off unused expired or unwanted medications. Free Naloxone and Fentanyl Test Strips will also be distributed.
