Crisis intervention team

Course Description:

 

This course is designed to train local law enforcement officers on how to cope with crisis situations with the mentally ill and developmentally disabled community. Officers also participate in various site visits, scenario training and given information about additional mental health resources.

This course satisfies legislative mandate PC13515.27(a)(1) PC13515.28(a)(1), SB11/SB29
