Human Trafficking

This course provides an introduction to the commercialized sex industry subculture and how to conduct human trafficking investigations. It provides the skills necessary to identify victims and suspects. It will also discuss evidence, including social media and search warrants. How to use and search internet escort advertisements will be discussed. Instructors will show how to conduct a field operation to locate victims and suspects. Attendees will hear from a survivor and investigators will provide case study summaries.
