Principled Policing

Free

This course develops officer roles in improving public trust and
confidence in the justice system. This is accomplished through an
assessment of policing expectations, cognitive bias, the current and
historical contexts of policing in the Unites States, perspectives of
justice system legitimacy and procedural justice. Upon completion
of this course, students will be able to purposefully apply the tenets
of internal and external procedural justice.
